Host Julie Perkins is joined by Miguel Aviles, chief learning officer, Young Government Leaders, Kimberly Holden, deputy associate director of Recruitment and Hiring, Employee Services, Office of Personnel Management, and Neil Reichenberg, executive director, International Public Management Association for Human Resources.

The panel discusses how the public sector is recruiting millennials, what millennials look for in the workplace, and ideas on how to retain millennial employees.
