Congress has made clear in at least two federal laws that it thinks military members should be able to vote in state, local and federal elections no matter where they are. But a large group of the House of Representatives is still worried that’s not the case. They want GAO to take a fresh look at the Federal Voting Assistance Program, the DoD office that facilitates overseas voting programs.
