Camber acquires EADS defense solutions

Camber Corporation has purchased federal EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions.

Camber Corporation has purchased federal EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions. EADS provides cybersecurity, information assurance, information technology, and secure satellite communication services for strategic customers in the DoD and Joint Command communities. Camber didn’t reveal the purchase price. Washington Technology reports this is Camber’s third acquisition in the past two years. It acquired Veritas Analytics and i2S in 2009.
