Fast Company reports that if there’s a shutdown – the federal government’s computer systems will be run by a short list of critical-need workers.
Former Interior Department Chief Information Officer Hord Tipton tells NextGov that back in 1995, they had the list decided. But if it hasn’t been updated since then, there will be a mad scramble.
