So many issues government managers face come back to acquisition. And one of the most important parts of acquisition is contracting and contract management. Some of the best contracting minds in the business are getting together this morning. It’s the Government Contract Management Conference in Arlington. The event is hosted by the National Contract Management Association. WFED’s Tom Temin talks with Terry Raney, the conference chairman and senior vice president of CACI Dynamic Systems, about highlights of the conference.
