A person’s disability can range from the difficult to detect — like Attention Deficit Disorder — to the more apparent, like loss of a limb or blindness. Sharon Masling is Chief of Staff to Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioner Chai Feldblum, who has been a leader in the Curb Cuts Initiative. She joined Tom Temin on the Federal Drive to explain more of what’s in the new guide.
