Cross agency priorities get much of the focus so far in the President’s Management Agenda for the rest of President Barack Obama’s second term. But the PMA officially has four major components. Beth Cobert, the Deputy Director for Management at the Office of Management and Budget, laid out the four components in a keynote speech at the Executive Leadership Conference in Williamsburg Virginia last night.
