Survey: Federal customers happy with GPO services

A survey of 750 customers found 91 percent were satisfied overall with the services.

Federal agencies are happy with the service they get from the Government Printing Office.

A survey of 750 customers found 91 percent were satisfied overall with the services. Also, 89 percent said they were likely to recommend GPO to a colleague and 81 percent said they use forms and publications on GPO’s website.

“GPO is always striving to improve the agency’s customer service practices and provide our customers with products they need to carry out their agency missions,” said GPO Public Printer Bill Boarman in a statement.
