A new Commander-in-Chief means new marching orders for the troops in Afghanistan. “I’m sure it will affect us and were waiting to see how that will be communicated to us through our higher headquarters, says Col. Tom Vail is Chief of Staff for the Combined Joint Task Force 101 at Bagram Air Force base in Afghanistan.
