OMB Controller Danny Werfel says agencies have been developing inventories and now it\'s time to get rid of unneeded real estate.

Financial management has been a big focus of the Office of Management and Budget, making it more streamlined and more accurate. Now OMB is about to focus on excess real property the government owns or leases: empty buildings it pays to rent, secure and heat.
