What does it take to run a federal library these days? You could look to the Barr Memorial Library at Fort Knox, or the small medical library at Walter Reed in Bethesda. Both are winners of this year’s Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) awards. Blane Dessy is the acting executive director of FEDLINK.
