    These furloughs are going to continue on into next year you can bet on it. If they don't, well then that would be great however I do not see them going away any time soon. Many have been told 11 days but you wait, that can be extended even further when agencies see the savings they will be incurring. Also, with further cuts coming in 2014 and 2015 budgets, I really do not see how agencies are going to avoid furloughs. If this holds true, then you will see another mass exodus of good experienced people leave the Federal Workforce through retirement. I hope that I am wrong however, I just do not see anything changing until after the 2016 elections.
