    Very interesting article. Perhaps Congress should interview the cyber staff individually (with a guarantee that what they say will remain anonymous) in headquarters and a few ISO's from the field to get to the bottom of this. Between this article and the recent FCS article and associated comments, there appears to be something amiss in VA IT. Hopefully Congress and VA have not forgotten the "great lap top breach" of May 2006......
