    Many may not have gotten the message to reset passwords. IRS posters may be busy with other duties -- clearing desk before leaving service, arranging for attorney, answering House Committee subpoenas, etc. Expect them to be otherwise occupied for months, if not years.

    At my agency, its the feds that are furloughed and all the contractors are living large. Firm fixed price contracts that are already funded so they have nothing to worry about. Multi-year contracts guarantee that their jobs are safe and have nothing to worry about for another 3-4 years. Feds get punched and contractors are sitting on the gravy train......
