"Navy IT officials have expressed reticence about moving to DoD enterprise email, saying the DISA offering appeared to be more expensive and less capable than what the Navy currently is getting through its longstanding Navy-Marine Corps Intranet" Yeah sure! That's cause the NMCI is the pits. Worse system I ever encountered. It is run by HP and they make the system and your setup practically non-functional just so you call in the help desk. They charge Navy for calls! And they are script kiddies who mainly can only help with basic. A majority goes to tier 2 or 3 who charge more. Afterall, we are still on Windows XP and using unsecure .60 browser... oh! but we can't use thumb drives! Pathetic!
