  • Merit System Protection Board A Sham
    MonkeyFace
In reality the the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) should be called the Federal Agency Protection Board (FAPB). They exist solely to protect Federal Agencies from lawsuits. Lawsuits that would end up costing the Federal government lots of money, They do not protect the rights and merits of Federal Employees have been wronged. Statistically, a wronged Federal Employee has a less than 1% chance of prevailing in a MSPB Complaint. The MSPB is a joke.

Weather he was or wasn't responsible we will never really know since we can't see the evidence. It must be nice to be able to afford an attorney for 9 months to fight this. I doubt most of us could.
