    Never had a real one in 30 years of service. Even valid attempts to do 'em were not good indicators of performance. They try to assess non-measurable output. How many letters / week you wrote says NOTHING.

  • This is what is known as "filler".
    Information of little or no value; or information that is common knowledge and really doesn't need to be explained. In the Federal workplace, I'm surprised if anyone other than Feds commit workplace violence. Really! What do contractors have to get upset about in a Federal environment? Do you "journalists" actually get paid for writing this stuff? I could have been a journalist instead of a Federal employee, but I wanted to think and be objective and do something honest and relevant.
