One programming language used by software developers is named "C++". It has a long learning curve, so the ability to program in that language is an important matching criterion for programmers and open positions. USAjobs.gov still cannot differentiate between "C++" and "C". So if one searches on "C++", one gets jobs containing the word "C-17", "commitment", "completion", or "D.C.". Every other job search site I've used in the past 15 years has gotten this right.
