"In July, DHS terminated the program to develop radiation-detection monitors after spending $230 million over five years." So these managers wasted almost 1/4 Billion dollars on a useless program, and we're supposed to pat them on the head & give them a cookie? And let them manage even more money? Wrong idea, but Congress will appropriate anything in the guise of "security".
