  • The Flaws of Telework - Disparate Impact
    Telework has a disparate impact on similarly situated employees that primarily do not telework and have to be at the office to pick up the slack for the freeloaders with telework agreements, especially for those with full-time telework agreements working from a home, while still being assigned to headquarters. You will often find that the best employees are denied telework so they can remain in the office to do the jobs their similary situated counterparts are supposedly doing from home, albeit while running errands, caring for children or chilling at the loacl watering hole on a Tuesday afternoon.
