    I 100% agree. Pasta tends to taste better after the sauce has been able to soak into the noodles. I had another receipe once that was ho hum at the original dinner. I wasn't looking forward to taking it to lunch (I get to eat all the left overs), but it was excellent left over, the flavors absorbed and expanded. Much better than the original. When's lunch? Now I'm hungry!
