  • Jeff Neal Defends Jeff Neal
Fo full disclosure here....It is important to note here that Jeff Neal is NOT defending OPM; he is defending Jeff Neal's decision to invest $10M of DHS' appropriations into the USAJOBS 3.0 effort. He is credited for that investment on the USAJOBS site along with the 11 DHS employees and contractors who worked full time on this effort. http://www.usajobs.gov/SpotlightsAll/SpotlightDetails?contentID=69 Jeff Neal actually takes claim for being the impetus behind USAJOBS 3.0, on the heals of DHS $150M failed effort to implement Taleo as the new governmentwide standard for federal hiring. In fact, OPM's project manager for USAJOBS 3.0 was DHS project manager for the failed Taleo implementation.
