    Senator Mitch McConnell (R,KY) is a mater of the obvious and has outstanding hindsight. When the bill was first rejected it was not known that FEMA had enough funds to get throught the fiscal year. This kind of revisionist leadership is why our Government is in such a disgraceful disarray. Anyone could be a Senator if all they had to do was read the news and respond as if that was their position all along. Heck, I could be very wealthy if I could bet on the football scores the day after the game is played. A Fed up Fed

  • Congress Doing Their Job = Worthy of a Headline?
    It's a shame that we have gotten to the point that when Congress does their job it becomes a top news story of the day. If they actually pass an appropriation bill, will it be worthy of a Federal holiday declaration?
