Hubbard Radio, LLC encourages site users to express their opinions by posting comments. Our goal is to maintain a civil dialogue in which readers feel comfortable. At times, the comment boards following articles, blog posts and other content can descend to personal attacks. Please do not engage in such behavior here.   • let the agency decide
    Cut the agencies budgets and let them decide, rather than making a mandate that X% of feds must go. Where I work we have a ratio of 5 feds to 30 contractors. It wouldn't make sense to come up with a blanket mandate that 20% of our feds must go, thus leaving the contractors in place. So in summary I agree, but the best way to do it is to simply cut the agency's money, and let the agency itself decide its priorities (reducing Feds vs Contractors) based on their specific situation.
