  • A loss for CDT, but a major coup for NIST
    loleinick
Ari Schwartz's departure from CDT will be felt across the privacy advocacy, information security, and technology policy communities of which he has been a major part these last 13 years (has it really been that long already?). His knowledge, skill, and consummate diplomacy working across political divides and amongst the private and public sectors will be of great value to NIST. With NIST being a large governmental bureaucracy, I can only hope they will continue to allow Mr. Schwartz's skills to be used to there fullest.
