Homeland Security Today\'s David Silverberg looks forward at the homeland security agenda in 2011.

Homeland Security Today Editor David Silverberg told the DorobekINSIDER that we can expect a change in emphasis on homeland security issues with the new Congress.

Silverberg said Part of the shift will probably be driven by the ten-year anniversary of the September 11 attacks. And agents at the Department of Homeland Security are probably thankful that the legislative agenda will NOT be driven by any acts of terrorism that occurred over the holiday season.
