Kirsten Burgard is a Program Analyst at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

She told me what new developments are taking place in open source collaboration and how they can best benefit your agency, with best practices from Drupal4Gov, members from across government who have deployed an open source platform for their websites.

Burgard is moderating a panel at the FOSE Conference July 19-21.
