General Stanley McChrystal’s report on Afghanistan is in the hands of military leaders, and President Obama is expected to receive it tomorrow and review it over the Labor Day weekend. The report is expected to call for a new approach to the war in Afghanistan. Dr. James Carafano of the Heritage Foundation was my guest today to talk about the report, the situation in Afghanistan, and what it might mean for the people who are there – and who might be going there.
