  • The Office of Federal Procurement says agencies can’t contract for security services in a combat zone any more. That’s one of a handful of new jobs that can only be done by federal employees. OFPP will issue Monday a final policy letter clarifying and redefining what functions are inherently governmental. Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller joins us with details.
