Veterans Affairs has a 40,000-member acquisition workforce. It’s Lisa Doyle’s job to help train that workforce. She is the Chancellor of VA’s Acquisition Academy and her work has made her the 2011 Chief Learning Officer of the Year. She tells In Depth with Francis Rose how the training program differs from other programs.
