The General Service Administration wants your input on how it can improve federal websites. This week is the start of GSA’s government web reform national dialogue.

Sheila Campbell, head of the General Service Administration’s Web Best Practices Team, told In Depth that the online dialogue is for federal employees and the public at large.

Some of the issues GSA wants people to address are:

  • Making content more engaging and useful
  • Improving online transactions
  • Providing content for people with disabilities
  • Improving search functions and social media

GSA is accepting comments here through Sept. 30.
