April 26, 2011 — Today, agencies are not only asked to work in a collaborative manner within the agency but they must also act with other agencies as well.
The Environmental Protection Agency is currently working with the Energy Department on the Energy Star project.
Una Song, an environmental protection specialist at the EPA, discusses how the two agencies are working together to expand “Energy Star” certification to the world of servers.
Song also gives a breakdown of the tools listeners can use to understand how much energy their buildings and data centers are consuming.
