Training Update: The FDR Conference

Bill Bransford hosts a roundtable discussion of the upcoming Federal Dispute Resolution Conference. July 12, 2013

July 12, 2013 — On July 29th, the 28th annual Federal Dispute Resolution Conference kicks off in Orlando Florida.

Geared toward practitioners in a variety of fields, including civil rights, EEO, dispute resolution, legal and labor relations, the conference provides training for new and advanced professionals.

Attendees can choose from over 50 training sessions and hear from senior leaders at agencies such as OSC, MSPB, OPM and FLRA.

This week on “Fed Talk”, host Bill Bransford provides a preview of the conference and some of the trainings attendees will receive.

Joining him on the show are:

  • Dan Gephart, LRP Publications, with a conference overview
  • Joseph Swerdzewski to discuss pre-decisional involvement
  • Barbara Haga, to provide information on abuses of workplace technology and successful performance actions
  • Roslyn Brown to discuss alternative dispute resolution and EEO issues
