July 23, 2010 — Like other sectors of the federal government, federal law enforcement is also dealing with ensuring a diverse workforce.

Several associations representing federal law enforcement officers have taken up this issue. Two such groups will join host Debra Roth this week to discuss their efforts to increasing diversity in federal law enforcement.

NCIS Special Agent Tony Cox will take the first half of the show to talk about the mission of HAPCOA – the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association.

During the second half of the show, Karl Colder, President of the National Association of Black Narcotics Agents, will discuss the issues from their perspective.
