SBA falls short of contracting goals

Small businesses earned a record number of contract dollars in 2009. But the government still did not meet its 23 percent goal for contracting with small firms. Those conclusions are detailed in a new scorecard from the Small Business Administration. SBA’s associate administrator for government contracting and business development, Joe Jordan, joining the Federal Drive with more information about the scorecard.
