It’s been another roller-coaster of a year for the acquisition community — with both procurement reforms and major budget cuts.

Stan Soloway, the former deputy undersecretary of defense and the CEO of the Professional Services Council, joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss what the acquisition community should look forward to in 2012.

The Professional Services Council, an industry group that represents scores of government contractors, has been a persistent voice in the debates swirling around the acquisition world.

Soloway addressed the slew of Obama administration procurement and acquisition reforms this year and how he thinks they’ve worked.
