Two top feds say it might be time for a change in telework policy

In recent years, the federal government has stepped up its effort to have more federal workers do their jobs through teleworking, at least one day a week.

Some say mid-level managers are hindering the expansion of teleworking, others say its not a one-size fits all solution to workforce management.

But now, two top feds say it might be time to adjust some of the definitions of what constitutes teleworking in order to expand its practice.

Our own Max Cacas is just back from the Telework Exchange's Town Hall meeting and tells us more.
