Web 2.0 tools are changing the way some people respond to emergencies.

The folks at Booz Allen Hamilton recently hosted a roundtable discussion (pdf) about how social media is impacting all levels of government service.

Tim Tinker is Senior Associate who specializes in crisis communications and Grant McLaughlin is a Principle with the Organization and Strategy Group at Booz Allen Hamilton.

They tell the Daily Debrief more about what came out of the roundtable, as well as how you can use social media tools at your agency.
