Concerns about recovery.gov contract

Federal News Radio has been telling you about the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board's decision to award Smartronix a $9.5 million contract to redesign recovery.gov.
But now many are concerned about the lack of transparency surrounding the contract.
Craig Jennings is a senior policy analyst at OMB Watch, which has some experience in this area.
The government paid OMB Watch for the technology that runs USAspending.gov, which is a site that seeks to make government contracts searchable.
Jennings talks about some of the concerns that people have with the redesign contract for recovery.gov.
