Is the age of GSA's GWACs over?

A Washington Technology report recently brought up this possibility.

GWACs, of course, are governmentwide acquisition contracts.

Earlier this week with Ed O'Hare, the assistant commissioner of the Office of Integrated Technology Services at GSA's Federal Acquisition Service, made a speech about GWACs.

Since then, GSA officials have been talking about the fact that GWACs might not be dying -- but will probably be changing.
