Sharing information with anyone who may be able to use it is one advantage of social media. Last week I asked emergency response veteran & expert Eric Holdeman who was "doing it right." He told me John Shea at the Federal Emergency Management Agency is using these tools to get information out - not just in emergencies - but BEFORE disasters hit. John Shea joined me today to talk about exactly what FEMA is doing in the social media world.
