Optimism around the Networx telecommunications contract is waning, or is it?

The General Services Administration is pushing agencies to change their approach in how they transition their voice and data communications to the program.

But the five vendors providing these services are pessimistic that the transition can even get done by June 2011.

Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller was on Capitol Hill and has details on why this huge telecommunications contract remains problematic.
