Despite the economic downturn in 2009, federal workers were still in a giving mood. The Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area raised $66 million dollars, beating its $64 million dollar goal. Joining us to discuss the achievement is Linda Washington, Chairperson of the local Federal Coordinating Committee for the CFC. She is also the Assistant Secretary for Administration at the Department of Transportation.
