With more than 30 years of experience and a history of successfully growing consulting businesses, attracting and retaining talented staff, and engaging with clients, Rodger Cerritelli delivers tremendous value to Deloitte’s Federal Practice.

Rodger joined Deloitte in May 2009 as a Director and is currently the Technology Service Area Leader for Deloitte’s Federal Civilian segment. In that role, he works with account teams to identify and deliver integrated technology solutions. His responsibilities include alliance management with software providers, recruiting and staffing, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, sales, and delivery.

Rodger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Management from Villanova University and is a member of the Systems Information Management International Association.

“What makes me proud to work at Deloitte? – Integrity, competence, and reliability of our people.”

When he’s not working, Rodger loves spending time outside (mostly in warm weather) with activities that include golf, gardening, hiking, and hitting the beach. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is an avid reader – he does not own a TV! Rodger lends his time to support local charities such as Food Bank, The Art Association, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
