JR Reagan is a principal with Deloitte and Touche LLP. He is based in McLean, VA.

JR is a respected industry leader for domestic and global enterprise security and risk solutions. He has more than 25 years of financial, commercial and public services sector experience managing enterprise security, technology, fraud & risk management initiatives in more than 20+ countries worldwide.

JR has security operations and program management experience with numerous U.S. agencies including FDIC, Census, DHS, HHS, USDA, USPTO, NSA, DIA, FBI, NASA, DISA, DARPA, JCS, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Army. His commercial and international experience includes engagements with Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, China Construction Bank, Pfizer, eBay, Microsoft, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, and the Governments of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Ireland, Canada, United Kingdom and France. JR is a Doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at Shenandoah University. He also holds a Masters in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University and a BA in Sociology from The University of the State of New York. He serves as Professional Faculty at Johns Hopkins University (Carey Business School) and guest lecturer on topics such as Innovation and Solutions Development at notable institutions including Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government), Northwestern (Kellogg School of Management) and University of South Carolina (Moore School of Business). He is a graduate of NSA National Cryptologic School; Advanced Korean Language Studies Program at Yonsei University (Seoul, Korea); Graduate School of Banking Technology & Operations (Vanderbilt University); Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives (Harvard Law School); and New Market Growth Innovation Workshop (Harvard Business School). JR holds a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designation from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
