The site is the brainchild of government 2.0 thinker Mark Drapeau and Chris Niehaus, who both joined DorobekINSIDER to discuss the project.
Drapeau is the director of Sector: Public’s social engagement for Microsoft Corporation. Chris Niehaus is the director of the public sector innovation team for Microsoft.
