Meanwhile, the agency has re-engineered its web site, epa.gov, so that it can quickly reconfigure the site to bring information front and center on the topics its internet monitoring shows people care about.
Speaking at the GITEC conference Tuesday morning in Orlando, Dalroy Ward, chief of the information services branch, says EPA has good information about what people who visit its web site are searching for.
It is the people who don't visit that EPA is trying to serve better.
