We have some changes to tell you about in how federal agencies execute online training. The Pentagon has released an updated version of an "E-Learning" standard called "SCORM". Now this standard is used by several agencies and even private sector companies. Dr. Robert Wisher, Director of the Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative at DOD, joins us with more about the new standards.
