GPO's Role in Transparency

The Obama administration is about mid-way through its 120-day mandate to come up with guidance for transparency -- the date stated in President Obama's transparency memo is May 15. The Government Printing Office believe it can play an important role in helping with transparency. Earlier, we spoke to the U.S. Public Printer, Bob Tapella about the letter he sent to President Obama. We started out asking him why he sent the letter.
