Nearly two years ago, the Small Business Administration started a new program to help veterans and their spouses start and expand businesses. After 20 months of operation the Patriot Express Pilot Loan Initiative has handed out more than $250-million dollars in loan guarantees to almost 3,000 vets and their spouses. William Elmore, Associate Administrator of the SBA's Veterans Office of Business Development, joins us with an update.
